Introduction to Goal Manager
Goal Manager allows your organization to set fee and gross amount goals for desks and customer groups. Company goals are goals that your organization defines for your customers, grouped by company. Goal Manager releases with the "Catch-All Goal Group" which contains all customers defined in Latitude. You can add company and customer groups and move customers between groups, based on your needs. You can also set goals for the desks based on the hierarchy defined in Latitude. Upper level goals contain the "rolled up" goals for its subgroups.
