Change Your Dialer Password

Use the Change Password dialog box to change your Interaction Dialer password.

To change your Dialer password

1. In the Dialer Agent Interface toolbar, click the Hamburger menu and then click Change Password.

2. In the Old Password box, type your current Dialer password.

3. In the New Password box, type your new Dialer password.

4. In the Confirm New Password box, retype your new Dialer password.

5. Click Change Password.
