Add a Role
Use the Role dialog box to add a role. After adding a role, assign permissions to the role and assign the role to one or more users.
To add a role
- 
 In the Navigation pane, click System Codes and Settings > Organization Groups > Role. 

- 
 Click the plus sign (+). The Role dialog box appears. 

- 
 In the Name box, type the name of the new role and then click Save.
