Delete a Data Item From the Sort

Use the Order pane in a query window to delete a data item from the query results sort order

To delete a data item from the sort

1. With a query window open, go to the Order pane.

2. Do one of the following:

• Click the data item and then, in the toolbar, click the Delete icon.

• Click the data item and then press the Delete key.

• Right-click the data item and then click Delete.

A confirmation dialog box appears.

3. Click Yes.
