Summarize Query Data

Use the Results tab on the Account Analysis page to summarize query results.

To summarize query results

  1. Ensure that a query is open on the Account Analysis page.

  1. In the toolbar, click Run. The results appear on the Results tab.

  1. In the column heading, click the column menu and then click Aggregates and select Sum.

  1. The summary information is displayed at the bottom of the grid.

  1. To remove the summary information, click the column menu and then click Aggregates and then select Sum again.
