Manage Mail Return

Use the Mail Return dialog box to process the validation notice status.

To process the mail return, do one of the following:

  • Retrieve an account using search, open interaction, work queue, history, or inventory.
  • In the Account toolbar, click Mail Return.

The Mail Return dialog box appears.

Select the required account check box and then click Save.

The Validation Period Expiration is set to Null for the selected mail return.
