Reinstate an Account

To reinstate an account flagged as closed and returned to the customer (queue level 999). You need the appropriate permissions to reinstate an account. For more information, see Access Reopen Account Permission.

To reinstate an account

  1. Click Reactivate tab and select Reinstate.

  2. After you click Reinstate, Status converts to active and Q-Level is updated.
