Modify the Order of a Query Column

Use the Order pane of the Select Accounts page to modify the order in which columns appear.

To modify the order of a query column

  1. Ensure that you are on the Select Accounts page. For more information, see Select and Configure Conditions.

  1. In the Order pane, do the following:

  • To move up a column, click the column and then click the up Up arrow arrow.

  • To move down a column, click the column and then click the down Down arrow arrow.

The query designer moves the column the specified direction.

  1. To save the query, do the following:

    1. In the toolbar, click Save. The Save Query Dialog box appears.

    2. To save a new query, in the Query Name box, type a name for the query and then click Save.

    3. To save to an existing query, click the query name and then click Save.
