II3IDStep2::IsMarkedForDeletion Property

get_IsMarkedForDeletion

Returns whether or not the step is marked for deletion. Steps are marked for deletion if II3IDHandler::RemoveStep is called when a handler is still loading or re-synching with the registered tools.
