Stage Overview

This view displays overview statistics for Stages for a specific Dialer campaign, site and agent. See Dialer stage statistics.

Site

Selects the name of the Outbound Dialer server or [All sites].

Campaign

Selects the name of a Campaign.

Interval

Selects a statistic collection interval.

Agent

Selects a single agent or [All Agents]
