Custom Scripts

If your call center licensed Advanced Interaction Scripter, each campaign can have a unique user interface.  Custom campaign scripts accommodate any conceivable design requirement, but must be created by web page developers.

NOTE: Starting with 2018 R3, Interaction Connect supports both base scripts and custom scripts. Due to differences in the way that Scripter .NET and Interaction Connect execute JavaScript, custom scripts must be programmed to target one client or the other. See Interaction Scripter Developer's Guide for details.
