Interaction Host Recorder Help
Default Connection Drivers
Several default connection drivers are installed with Interaction Host Recorder. We recommend that you use the default drivers unless instructed to change them by a PureConnect Customer Care agent. Refer to the following table for the default driver for Host Type/Server pair.
