To link a menu to a schedule
Once a menu is created using Interaction Attendant, and a schedule configured using the Schedules container in Interaction Administrator, you will need to establish a link between the menu and the schedule. Follow these steps:

Start Interaction Attendant.
From the Start menu, point to Programs , and then PureConnect. Click Interaction Attendant. The Interaction Attendant window appears. -
On the File menu, click Connect to Server.
The Logon to Server dialog appears. -
Type the name of the server, your user ID, and password.

Click OK.

In the tree structure, select the name of an existing profile or schedule form.

On the Insert menu, click New Schedule.

Click the System tab.

In the System Schedule list, use the down arrow to find the schedule you want to link to.

Click Show Schedule to view the schedule in read-only mode.
