Information: Polycom phones or templates
The following table describes the information that is shown for Polycom phones or templates. This information is automatically updated when the IP phone, or an IP phone that uses the template, is registered.

Description |
Phone |
This is the manufacturer and model of the IP phone device. |
Type |
This is the type of station (workstation or stand-alone phone. |
IP Address |
This is the IP address of the device. N/A indicates the device is not registered. |
Contact Line |
This is the SIP line used when the phone registered with the CIC server. This line will be used to send SIP signaling to the phone. |
Last Reload |
This is the date and time when the phone requested configuration update or the phone was reloaded after a configuration change. |
Status |
This is the status of the phone from the CIC server perspective (i.e., Not registered, Up-to-date, Reloading, Reload required. |
Max. Line Keys |
This is the maximum number of line keys associated with this device. |
Max. Appearances |
This is the maximum number of shared line appearances for this device. |
Notes |
These are any comments CIC administrators add about this device or the associated template. |
