Create a submenu
Submenus are menus within menus. A submenu is a menu node that is attached to another menu as a child. A submenu is created when you select a existing menu form in the tree before adding a new menu item.
Submenus allow you to add branches to your auto attendant menus. For example, you can set up a submenu for each workgroup in your company, allowing callers to perform a variety of actions within each workgroup. Submenus also allow you to re-use the keys that are used in higher menus. For example, pressing 4 in the top level menu might allow callers to enter a Support submenu. In the Support submenu, callers might press 4 to send a fax.
To insert a submenu
In the tree structure in the left panel, select the menu in which you will add the submenu.
Press the Menu button in the operations toolbar to open a new Menu form. A new menu entry appears under the menu you selected in step one.
Configure the properties of the new menu item.
