Handlers used by Interaction Attendant

This topic discusses the relationship between Interaction Attendant and handlers.  When you publish a configuration in Interaction Attendant, configuration data is written to the Directory Services section of in the Windows NT registry on the CIC server.  When a call comes in, handlers look up this information and process it to perform the auto attendant interaction. 

Warning—Interaction Attendant's functionality depends upon the handlers listed below.  We do not recommend that you change any handlers whose name begins with IntAtt. Even small changes made to these handlers could cause your auto attendant menus to stop functioning.

The following handlers are used internally by Interaction Attendant.  Please do not modify these handlers.
