Lock View Layout

You may not want to rearrange views or you don't want to accidentally move a view in the middle of an interaction. You control the ability to drag and drop views in the client window, depending on your requirements.

Note: You can still resize dock zones when views are locked.

Do one of the following:

To turn off the drag and drop feature, from the View menu, choose Lock views.

Result: A check mark appears next to this option, indicating that the views are locked into place and cannot be moved to a new location.

To regain the ability to rearrange views, from the View menu, choose Lock views to remove the check mark.
