CX Insights User Roles

CX Insights web application users have access to different features based on their linense can be accessed by Core users and Designer users.

Core Users

CX Insights Core license users have limited configuration capabilities. Core users can view the dashboards in presentation mode and shared reports. If necessary, core users can export dashboards to .pdf format only.

Designer Users

CX Insights Designer license users have all configuration capabilities. Designer users can create, view, edit, share, and copy dashboards by using the real-time data stream. Also, can personalize dashboards based on the requirements. If necessary, can export dashboards to .csv, Excel, and .pdf formats. Designer users can Email the dashboards and open dashboards in multiple tabs simultaneously.
