Welcome to Interaction Recorder Client for IC Business Manager

Interaction Recorder, an add-on module for IC Business Manager, is used to search and playback media recordings such as Call, Chat, Chat Transcript, E-mail, Screen, and  Social Conversation. And you can monitor live call recordings that are in progress. Interaction Recorder is also used to score recordings and search and view scorecards. Interaction Quality Manager is used to create questionnaires that you use to score recordings.
