Extreme Query Searches

The Interaction Recorder Extreme Query view, for searching recordings, is displayed in the Workspace. Searches are easily created in the Workspace by selecting pre-defined and custom search attributes. After running a Search, results are displayed in a list of recorded call interactions in the Search Results pane in the Workspace.
