Reset a MyCloud Password

Authorized users can reset MyCloud user passwords for users in their organization.

Note:  To reset a MyCloud user  account password, you must have the Organization Admin role assigned to your account.

To reset a MyCloud account password:

  1. Log in to https://mycloud.inin.com/login

  2. Click the hamburger menu to show the slide-out menu options on the left. Depending on your role, available menu selections will differ.

  3. Click User Access to show the list of users in the account.

  4. Use the Search field to search for the name of the user who needs a password reset. Click the Details link under Actions.

  5. In the User Access Details window, click Reset Password at the bottom of the page.

  6. When the My Support portal login prompt appears, enter the email address of the user to receive the new password. Click Reset Password and the system sends an email to the specified user.
