2019 R1 Documentation Library Enhancements

In an effort to help new and existing users find and adopt PureConnect products and features, the PureConnect Information Experience team implemented a new simplified navigation pane and added new landing pages that assemble related content for each product and feature. The top level PureConnect Documentation landing page remains the same, to provide quick access to commonly used pages. Changes include:

  • Simplified navigation using Core Products, Features, and Products A to Z for listing all products.  Features includes functional areas such as Email, SMS, Chat, Security, and more, which are not associated with only one product.

  • New landing pages for each product and feature provide a brief overview and gather relevant links for new users as well as Administrators, Supervisors, Agents and Developers. External content, including content from My Support, Developer Portal and Genesys University is also linked under Additional Resources.

  • Search engine results include Library Landing Pages in a separate pane, to easily identify and find relevant landing pages.

  • Previously bookmarked links will continue to work, and help system links will open in a new window with the full TOC in the navigation pane.
