Crystal Reports Black Duck Findings

In this release, we have made the following changes to the Crystal Reports.

• The Crystal Reports version has been upgraded from v2013 to v2016. Users with TLS 1.2 enabled in their environment can make use of the 2016 version of the Crystal Reports to address any security vulnerabilities with the earlier Crystal Reports version.
• You can run the Crystal Reports with ODBC drivers v13.0+ selected in the Setup Assistant.
• Any custom reports built using the Import Utility Tool in the past will still be compatible with the Crystal Report version upgrade.
• Memory limitations found in the Crystal Reports v2013 exist in v2016 also. The Crystal Reports is a 32-bit application, meaning it is limited to a maximum of 2 GB memory. If the report being designed requires more memory than it can be allocated, out of memory exception will be displayed.
