CX Insights with Kubernetes Deployment

In this release, Docker deployment has been replaced with Kubernetes to ease the deployment process like upgrading and rollback process with less downtime. To monitor health check of the containers, Prometheus support has been implemented. Also, fixed a bug in previous stats that are not updated during the switch over.

• To ease the deployment process kubernetes has been implemented. For more information about deploying kubernetes, see the Install CX Insights server section in the CX Insights Installation and Configuration Guide.
• Process of upgrading containers to a new version with almost zero downtime, rollback containers to a previous version with almost zero downtime, and deleting the entire setup of the containers has been implemented. For more information about Upgrading Containers, Rollback Containers, and Delete Setup see the Upgrade containers section in the CX Insights Installation and Configuration Guide.
• For monitoring health check of the containers, Prometheus has been implemented. Prometheus is a third party tool used to monitor health check of the containers and it provides alerting mechanism for critical scenarios to act immediately. For more information about installing Prometheus, see the CX Insights monitoring alerting section in the CX Insights Installation and Configuration Guide.
• Updated Analytic Configuration after deployment of Kubernetes, as existing paths were different so ports are not visible for the connections
