Interaction Dialer now requires Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Native Client

Interaction Dialer Central Campaign Server (CCS) now requires version 11.0 of the Microsoft SQL Command Line DLL (sqlncli11.dll), which is part of the Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Native Client installation. You must install Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Native Client before installing the CCS.
