Enable Social Media Handler Customizations

Social Media Interactions can now be processed through custom handlers via built-in customization points. Using customizable Social Media handlers, customers can define their own logic for different social media messages and treat them appropriately.

This feature adds custom Social Media handlers and customization points to the standard install. These are based on the structure of existing customization points already familiar to PureConnect administrators.
