Interaction Optimizer AI-Powered Scheduling

Interaction Optimizer now includes an AI-powered scheduling feature. Interaction Optimizer sends scheduling data to a new cloud scheduling service. Using the provided data, the service:

• Creates advanced AI modeling by deriving customer behavior and its relationship with service performance and changes in queue workload.
• Capitalizes on advanced AI modeling to ensure accurate staffing requirements and performance predictions.
• Takes advantage of mathematical optimization to ensure true optimality of generated schedules.

Interaction Optimizer now includes an option to create an AI-powered schedule and displays the results of the scheduling scenario.

Note: AI-powered scheduling within PureConnect requires the PureConnect WFM AI-Powered Services feature license with a PureCloud organization for each PureConnect customer.
