MS Teams Integration-Use Teams as Login Station

With the release of Teams, Microsoft has made a strong push into the enterprise communications space. As customers migrate from Skype to Teams, Genesys has recognized the need to bring the power of PureConnect to Teams users

In this phase of PureConnect integration with Microsoft Teams, we provide the following features:

• CIC Administrators can configure MS Teams DID as Remote stations in Interaction Administrator
• CIC Agents will be able to choose MS Teams as a login station while logging into Interaction Connect
• CIC Agent should be able to pick up the calls from the MS Teams application
• The agent will be able to assign the wrapup code for the interaction using Interaction Connect/MS Teams
