Skill Set Columns in Interaction Supervisor

Interaction Supervisor now displays separate columns to list an agent's skill proficiency and to list an agent's desire to use the skill.  The Workgroup Details view and the Workgroup Directory view can now include the Skill Set (Proficiency) column and the Skill Set (Desire to use) column.
