Confirm CIC Administrator Account

IC Setup Assistant has detected that you are logged in as a different administrator account than was previously used when IC Setup Assistant was run to configure CIC.

Enter Password

Type the password associated with the currently logged-in administrator account. It should be the same password you used to log into this CIC Server before starting the IC Setup Assistant.

IC Setup Assistant uses this to configure the Interaction Center services to start automatically on reboot, and also to set DCOM processes for other servers connecting to this CIC Server.

To change the current administrator account and/or domain

1. Exit IC Setup Assistant.

2. Log in to the CIC Server with the appropriate account.

3. Start IC Setup Assistant and select Identity Configuration.
