Networking components of the Salesforce Object Routing Server for CIC

The following diagram shows the ports needed for outbound access from the Salesforce Object Routing Server to CIC and Salesforce.

Note: We recommend that you install the Salesforce Object Routing server on the CIC server. You can install the SORS on a separate server. See Workflow for the Salesforce Object Routing Server for more information about the relationship of the CIC server and the SORS server.
