PureConnect Installation and Configuration Guide
Changes to SIP Line Configuration
Starting with PureConnect 2023 R3, new SHA256 Ciphers are added to support the latest OpenSSL version 3.0.8.
The following TLS Ciphers are added in TLS Line and in SIP Proxy UI

Note: "AEAD_AES_128_GCM” and “AEAD_AES_256_GCM" SRTP Ciphers are not validated as part of the OpenSSL upgrade. All the phones that PureConnect supports are not using these ciphers. For these phones, customers can still add these Ciphers from the Registry. We recommend not activating those new Ciphers until they are more common and widely adopted by SBC\SIP Gateway and IP Phone manufacturers.
The following SIP Line Configuration screen provides easier and more intuitive handling of inbound and outbound call processing. Two new SIP line identity configuration tabs are available: Identity (In) and Identity (Out):

Identity (In) identifies what portions of the inbound SIP message should be used by CIC.

Identity (Out) identifies what portions of the outbound SIP message should be set by CIC.
