CIC Appliance .iso

The CIC Appliance 2015 R2 or later .iso file is available to download from the on the PureConnect Product Downloads page at https://help.genesys.com/pureconnect/secure/Downloads.aspx  .

When you run Install.exe from the root directory of the CIC Appliance 2015 R2 or later .iso file, the components are available to select.
