CIC Integration with Microsoft Lync

Starting with CIC 4.0 SU 2, the CIC Integration with Microsoft Lync (Telephony and Embedded Client Plugin) is available. This component is installed automatically when you install the CIC server and IC User Applications.

Starting with CIC 4.0 SU 3, the following CIC Integration with Microsoft Lync components are available:

• Lync Presence Integration Service. For more information, see the Lync (Skype) Integration page at https://help.genesys.com/pureconnect/desktop/lync_integration_landing.htm.

• Lync Company Directory/Directory Merging. This component is installed automatically when install the CIC server and IC User Applications.
