Interaction Center Web Services (ICWS) SDK

Starting with CIC 4.0 SU 6, Interaction Center Web Services (ICWS) SDK is available. The ICWS SDK is a REST API for web, mobile, and desktop clients. The ICWS SDK includes:

• Example applications

• Language-specific libraries
