Interaction Tracker

Interaction Tracker enables CIC users to view the interaction histories between CIC users and outside people, or between CIC users, by m aintaining a database of CIC users and their associated interactions.

The supporting files for the Interaction Tracker components are automatically installed with the CIC server, IC User Applications, and IC Business Manager installs.
