Interaction Process Automation is an extension of the PureConnect platform. Together, they offer both client and server-side components connected seamlessly through TCP/IP. A service-oriented architecture (SOA) interconnects all components, allowing processes to use all the power of the PureConnect platform, including:

  • A SIP-based IP PBX.

  • Connectivity to Microsoft Office Communications Server and Cisco Call Manager.

  • The ability to send and receive telephone calls and faxes using voice over IP (VoIP).

  • Integration with email systems including Microsoft Exchange, Lotus Notes, and Novell GroupWise.

  • The ability to invoke web services.

  • Mainframe access.

Interaction Process Automation runs on stock servers with built-in capabilities for redundancy and is suitable for organizations of all sizes.
