Acquire an Interaction Media Server License

The Activation File Management Tool allows you to generate Interaction Media Server and CIC licenses. If you purchased the appropriate products, Genesys certifies and authorizes you to generate these licenses. You can access the tool from the Customer Care portal.

If Genesys didn't certify you to log on to this website, you can send an email message to Genesys at: licenseissues@genesys.com. Include your order number and request a license file. If you are installing the Interaction Media Server software on your own hardware that you did not purchase from Genesys, include your server name and MAC address ID numbers for the computer that you intend to host Interaction Media Server.
