Manage unused mailboxes

Administrators can delete unused mailboxes in the Interaction Message Store Mailboxes Configuration dialog, available by selecting Mailboxes Configuration from the Interaction Message Store dialog.

Check Show Only Unused Mailboxes, select unused mailboxes from the Mailbox list, and click Delete Mailbox.

When a mailbox is deleted, the directory structure associated with it still remains. The administrator must manually purge the remaining account data and directory structure associated with the deleted mailbox.
