Interaction Screen Recorder Capture Client

The Interaction Screen Recorder Capture Client, which is installed on the agent workstation, records agent’s screens. Screen recordings can be associated with phone call and web chat interactions. Screen Recorder captures the full-screen desktop on the Interaction Screen Recorder Capture Client machine. The Capture Client service is installed on all Interaction Screen Recorder Capture Client machines, and is responsible for recording the screen and compressing the recording.
