Configure CIC server settings

These settings allow you to create and test a connection to the CIC server.

  1. In the Server Name field, enter the name or IP address of the primary CIC server to which the integration service connects.

  1. In the User ID and Password fields, enter the user ID and password of the CIC administrator who monitors connections and notifications on the CIC server.

Note: See the section Create a super user in Interaction Administrator.

  1. To validate the settings and verify a connection to the CIC server, click Test Connection.

  2. Results of the test connection display in the Connection Results window.

  3. Click Next to configure the Workmodes.
