International Outbound SMS Messages

In CIC 2018 R1 and later releases, PureConnect supports receiving all domestic and international inbound SMS and also international outbound messages via the Genesys SMS broker. This international outbound message support is to any nation that receives international SMS when those messages include the country code. You supply the country code as part of the phone number in the Local Address for the Broker Account.
