VoiceXML Technical Reference
VoiceXML Handler Tools Logging/Tracing
The VoiceXML Handler Tools generate log and trace messages to help you to track down and troubleshoot issues.
ININ Tracing
The VoiceXML Handler Tools generate diagnostic trace messages in the
ip.ininlog file located in the PureConnect logging directory
of the CIC server. These messages all have a topic of I3_VoiceXmlTools.
System event log
The VoiceXML Handler Tools can generate the following messages in the Windows System Event log on the CIC server system:
