Enable and configure IIS and IIS Media Services

Interaction Web Portal uses IIS and its Media Services extension module to stream audio obtained from recordings for use with playback features. Windows Server 2008 ships a 'Configure Your Server Wizard' to help you properly configure your server in the desired mode.
