Agent Portal -- Request Time Off
You can request time off in the Work Schedule portlet.
To request time off:

In the Work Schedule portlet, click Request Time Off.

Under Time Off Request, specify the details of the request, and then click Create.
The request appears under Recent Time Off Requests with a Submitted status. You can view the current status of your requests under the list of recent requests
To edit a time-off request:

Under Recent Time Off Requests, click the request that you want to edit.
The request details appear under Time Off Request. -
Update the request details, and then click Update.
To cancel a submitted request:

Under Recent Time Off Requests, click the request that you want to cancel.

Click Cancel.

Click OK to confirm that you want to cancel the request.
