Delete an Organization

You can delete an organization that is no longer necessary in Portal Management. Note that when you delete an organization, all of the users assigned to that organization are also deleted.

Accessing Organization Management

To access Portal Management, do one of the following:

• Click Portal Management in the Interaction Web Portal footer.

• Click Open from the Portal Management portlet.

• Select Organizations.

Delete an Organization

To delete an organization:

1. In the list of organizations, select the one you want to delete.

2. Click Delete next to the organization name.

3. Confirm that you want to delete the organization.
