Find an Organization

Requirements: Some Journey Map functions are available only if you have the appropriate licenses and security rights. For more information, see Journey Map Licensing and Rights and your PureConnect administrator.

To find an organization:

From the menu in the Journey Map view menu, select Find Organization.

In the Find Organization dialog box, enter your search criteria and click Search.

In the Find Organization dialog box search results page, so one of the following:
- To edit an organization's information, click an Organization Name or click anywhere in the row and click Edit.
- To further refine your search, click Back.
- To cancel the search, click Cancel.
