Workstation

You can use the Workstation parameter to specify the name of the workstation defined in Interaction Administrator to which the user is logging on. This may or may not be the name of the physical PC that the user is sitting at. If the user is a remote agent and is also using the /remote switch, a telephone number can be substituted for the name of the station.

Syntax

/workstation=<station>

/w=<station>
