Base Scripts (Standard forms)

Some contact centers don't wish to rely on programmers. These call centers use base scripts to conduct campaigns. Base scripts are also called standard forms. Both terms are interchangeable, and refer to the on-screen forms that your Call Center Administrator created to help you process a call.
