Can I run a web-based application within Scripter?

Yes. You can run a web-based application (such as Cold Fusion) within Interaction Scripter (on a separate tab) while the agent is running a script for a campaign. Think of these non-campaign pages as regular browser pages with global variables and no security.  However, if you allow these pages to browse the web, users might download dangerous content.
